One Rental That Moves Two People
The E-Cargo Bike’s rear rack is rated for 176 lbs, about triple what most e-bike racks carry. The Young Passenger Kit turns that rack into a real place to sit: a proper seat with footrests, not a strapped-on afterthought. Your kid climbs on behind you, and the 750W motor pulls away from the stop sign like nothing’s back there.
It’s $25 once, not per day. We mount it before the bike leaves our hands, so it arrives installed, and helmets for both riders are already in the deal. There’s nothing to assemble on the porch.
The vacation math works out too. At $119 a day plus the one-time $25, the E-Cargo with the kit is still cheaper than two e-bike rentals, and one rider handles the pedaling while the other one points at pelicans.
Worth knowing: the rack rating is 176 lbs, so a bigger passenger, even a grown one, is within the bike’s limits. And if your kids are old enough to pedal their own, a couple of $20 Classic Cruisers alongside one e-bike might honestly serve you better. Call George at (252) 619-8329 and tell him the ages; he’ll tell you straight which setup fits.
Add it when you book the E-Cargo Bike.
Note: Bike colors and brands may vary.
